Dear Jodi and visiting angels staff,

On behalf of my mother in law, my husband and myself, I would like to commend you on your excellent services. We began using your service in March when Mom spent about six weeks in the hospital and upon returning home could not stay alone. My husband called several agencies, you not only responded first but in a more than timely manner. Jodi even made a trip to the hospital to meet Mom and get an idea of what kind of person to match her up with. She also came out to the house and answer any questions he might have. When services began we were really not sure what to expect since all this was new to us. Jodi called us to let us know who would be coming out to stay with Mom and then the caregiver also set up a time to come out and interview before her work began. Since that time, we have used several different staff members to stay with Mom when we had to go out and run errands or get out on a bit on our own. Whenever we need someone outside our normal schedule the response time between us calling in our need and receiving a calling telling us who will be coming is excellent. Between Jodi and Ashley we are always aware of any changes that come up in the schedule and who may be coming out. Even when you have needed extra time to find someone, you still keep in touch to let us know what is happening. We are going to Disney in September and will be using your 24 hour service for the week you are there. We fee nothing but confident that Mom will be in the best care possible. We are very comforted by this and also very pleased that she will be able to stay in her own home. I will also add that Mom has been pleased with those who have come out and has been satisfied with the service she has received. Jodi we thank you for doing all you can to go above and beyond the call of duty to see that mom's needs are met. We also thank your staff for being courteous, prompt and attentive to our family.
